Membership plan

Our in-house savings plan for patients without insurance. Flat annual fee covers two cleanings, exams, and X-rays, plus 20% off most other treatment. No deductibles, no claim filing, no waiting periods.

We verify benefits before your visit, present a treatment plan with costs before work begins, and file claims on your behalf after. If coverage falls short, we'll walk through CareCredit or our Membership Plan — whichever makes more sense for your situation.

Which insurance plans do you accept?

We accept most major PPO plans. Call us or email with your carrier + group number and we'll verify your benefits before your visit.

What if my insurance isn't accepted?

We still submit claims as an out-of-network provider when that helps. If you don't have insurance, our in-house Membership Plan is designed for you.

Can I combine insurance with the Membership Plan?

No — the Membership Plan is an alternative to insurance, not a supplement. If you have insurance, we'll work with your carrier directly.

Can I combine CareCredit with insurance?

Yes. CareCredit covers your out-of-pocket balance after insurance pays. Many patients use both for larger treatments.
